smartDF Gen2 is an iPadOS application for remote control and monitoring of compatible Rhotheta Radio Direction Finders. It connects wirelessly to RT-400 and RT-600 systems using Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) or Wi-Fi and displays bearing, signal, decode, and location data on electronic maps. Designed for airborne and ground SAR operations, smartDF helps operators locate ELT, PLB, EPIRB, LoJack™, and other V/UHF radio signals.

Narrow down the Search
smartDF automatically generates a search area using two or more user-entered Lines of Bearing (LOBs). Add additional LOBs to refine the intersection area and quickly narrow the target location.
